There are days in life when nothing much happens at all and then there are days where lots of things happen. Megan ran off with my Mistress’s new pot of narcissi and left them in different places around the garden. Shadow finally worked out how to get the treats from under the game we’ve got and a lovely writer called Patsy Collins awarded us with the ‘stylish blogger award’. As a dog I can safely say that I’m not often described as stylish. Those of you who have known me for a long time may remember I did at one point consider a career as a fashion consultant, but had to conclude that however good I look, no one would take seriously, in that role, someone who never changes his clothes. Anyway, I am now supposed to tell you about my favourite blogs. I’m going to have to give it some thought and then let you know what I decide.
Then I got an email from a scheme that recycles cars and gives the money to charity. It looks like a great idea. When your car get tot the end of its life and you don’t know what to do with it, they sort it out and the money goes to charity. http://www.giveacar.co.uk/ I don’t think my Mistress is seriously thinking about it for our little car as she can’t cope with the thought it might be scrapped, but it is certainly a great initiative.
My Mistress is busy packing up everything they all need to take for Discover Dogs. I am jealous that I’m not going too, but I do understand it isn’t practical for her to take all of us. I just hope Shadow and Megan enjoy it. I know they’ll bring me back a nice present so I won’t miss out altogether.
