Avril was Shadow’s 3rdborn puppy. She came into the world at 12.10pm weighing just 336g. She is named after our dear friend Avril, who has helped with everything and was here at the birth. You can see Avril’s birth (the puppy not the person) here. She is very easy to spot as she is the only one with a little patch of white on her right shoulder. She was one of only two in the litter to be born with dew claws and they were removed last Thursday. As of this evening she weighs 572g, which although not much is definitely going the right way.
