Old dog new tricks – Monday 18th October 2021
It seems you can’t teach an old dog new tricks – at least not where Aristotle is concerned. He’s a creature of habit.

Wilma says they are all having such lovely days. There is so much to do outside and she’s really enjoying the good weather.
Wilma is concerned that the three of them have opposing interests. Poor old Shadow is trying so hard to keep up with the others.
Wilma says the house is one big box puzzle – they all need to be moved in the right order to get anything done. All she wants is her favourite chair.
Wilma has been helping Mum cutting the grass – barking from the sidelines is a very important job. She’s been doing a very good job of it.
Mum has been trying to get to the heart of the problem of the barking. If only she’d asked, Wilma could have told her immediately.
Wilma, Ari and Shadow are worn out from following Mum around while she worked in the garden yesterday. Everyone had a lovely day and can do some more today.
Wilma has been caught sharing a bed with Aristotle. She doesn’t think it would be good for her reputation if it were to get out.
Wilma is loving the orchard – the apples are ripe and she is making the most of them. It isn’t just Wilma – Ari is her partner in crime.
You win and you lose – Mum might be throwing out dog beds, but Wilma isn’t going to let go of bones quite as easily. A dog has rights.
