Normally there is some sort of order to our Mistress’s desk. I’m not really sure what’s happened. I think she may be trying to do too many things at once, but the desk has gone critical. It is hard to find the keyboard from under the boxes and papers, which with my paws makes it very difficult to type. She has promised faithfully that she will try to sort it out for me today. When she does, I’m looking forward to getting to the box which arrived while she was out yesterday as I’m sure that’s the one of things for me to test. I will do a full assessment of them and then give you all a photo and update of what’s involved. If nothing else the box looks good and is says pawsomebox on the outside, which is a bit of a giveaway that it’s for pets and not humans.
There are several notes to herself on our Mistress’s desk. It’s the one that says ‘staple gun’ that I find alarming. She has assured me it’s so she can finish reupholstering the chair which is currently in several pieces on the dining room floor, but I think I might want to go upstairs out of the way while it is in use. It doesn’t sound like my sort of thing at all. I do wonder what else she might find when she digs her way out. I know there are some dog biscuits under there somewhere as well as all my things ready to provide memberships of the Pet Dogs Democratic Party when the membership packs launch. Did I tell you the book has been set and ordered and everything is going to plan? The only thing left which could really go wrong is that the Government could call an earlier General Election and I wouldn’t be ready.
