Now normally I don’t tell you which companies provide bad service, but this has gone too far and it now affects me personally. Yodel have incurred our wrath. I told you that on Monday they claimed to have tried to deliver a parcel and did not even ring the bell, when my poor Mistress was waiting for the delivery, well it has gone from bad to worse. She arranged for redelivery on Wednesday and we did not get a walk because she was waiting. A parcel arrived at midday, delivered by Yodel so she told us that walks were back on… until she went back to her desk and found it was a different delivery. She accepted 2 parcels at 2pm, also from Yodel. Sent from the same delivery centre but on a different van. She said we could go for a walk… until she went back to her desk and found these were not the rearranged delivery either. The day went by and she checked on their website. It claimed they had tried to deliver at 3pm and left a card – no one had been here to deliver at that time –we were all here and no card was left. She was furious. She tried to ring them, but their telephone was totally automated and she needed a human. She has contacted the company sending the delivery and said that unless they sort it out she will never order from them or any other company which delivers using Yodel. This is where it affects me – one of the two packages that arrived in the second delivery was our dog food. If she won’t use Yodel we won’t get our dog food. She has said she will find a different supplier, but I’m worried. So:
Dear Yodel,
please get your act together. One of your drivers is making you look stupid and making your customers very angry. Also for reference, it cannot be sensible to send three different delivery drivers with deliveries for the same house from a depot which is 33 miles away – on the same day!
Yours sincerely,
A worried dog.

It’s not just the Yodel drivers in your area, believe me, Alfie! They’re an awful company!
Sorry, will concur and say that ‘Yodel’ is crap nationwide.
