Today’s video shows the after breakfast play devastation of the pen. At this point the puppies are starting to wind down ready to go to sleep after causing a massive amount of chaos and disruption. They were being puppies having fun basically. You can see it here http://youtu.be/BJeoHXi92qY
We were not expecting the weight gains to be all that good today as the puppies slept for most of yesterday. There are days when they are growing and that happens. Some of them were eating well but others just seemed to want to sleep through everything. Chekov is still in the lead but not by much. He weighs 3290g having added 60g. His sister Cinderella has done some catching up. She added 100g and now weighs 3270g, only 20g less than her brother. Cracker has lost ground and my Mistress will keep an eye to make sure she has some good meals today. She added 20g and now weighs 3090g. Casanova was fine. He added 80g to reach 2980g. Cosette has been catching up quietly. She added another 110g and now weighs 2920g. Only little Cuddles is still much smaller. She added 50g to reach 2530g. She will get some extra help again today too.
It is quite hard to know what time to give them their meals today. With them having breakfast at 7.30 my Mistress decided to give their next meal at 11 – everyone but Chekov was happy with that. He said he would have liked his earlier. It just goes to show you can’t please everybody.
