Cuddles is just the most lovely little puppy. She is the second lightest puppy we have ever had and the only lighter one was Aristotle. She was 22g heavier than Ari, but in the scheme of things that is not very much. She weighed just 314g when she was born. She is now up to 480g, whereas at this stage Aristotle was only 410g – so she is doing ok, but my Mistress would like to see her gaining a little more than that. It is really hard for her as her biggest sibling is already 252g heavier than she is. It is not much fun for her when they decide to sleep on top of her. She is easy to pick out in the pack, not only by her size but because she is the one with the patch of white on the back of the neck. Her front white socks are a little longer as well and she has quite a lot of white on her nose and a thicker white blaze. She is already living up to her name and will accept any amount of cuddles. She reminds us a little of a cross between Aristotle and Tess – which is quite an honour in anybody’s book. Thankfully, given she already has a size battle, she didn’t have to have either any dew claws removed nor did she have any problem with her cord. She will catch up as she gets older.
