Oh the indignity of being asked to pee into a small pot first thing in a morning. Can’t a boy even pee in peace? I know we need to get to the bottom of what’s wrong with me, but there has to be an easier way to do it. Anyway, the deed is done and our Mistress has kindly said she will drop it into the vet’s on her way past this morning. Apparently the vet thinks some of my glands have gone down a little so is not ready to do a biopsy. She wants to see what happens over about four weeks with me off the antibiotics. I’m still not feeling great, so I hope there is some improvement.
Shadow had her claw sorted out yesterday. Our Mistress thought that with the sedation she would feel a little groggy and not want to jump up into the car, but she was wrong. When Shadow came out to the reception area at the vet to see our Mistress she was on springs and humped up vertically to give her a kiss. At least she’s feeling better.
Wilma was tired yesterday after the excitement of Fun Day and found a very odd sleeping position. She recovered pretty quickly and was soon causing mayhem with Aristotle again. She was delighted to have Horsie back, even though he is now somewhat deformed. She is pleased he wasn’t put through the wash, but that was only because we don’t have a
working washing machine at the moment. For a multitude of reasons the working one that was spare is waiting to be plumbed in in replacement of the one that broke down a week ago. It has now got as far as the house from the garage, but our Mistress needs to install it later. I shall be on paw with a camera at the ready in case things don’t go to plan!
