Wilma really doesn’t know what to think of the new garden statues. They just don’t smell right.
Today involves more of the same – more bleak weather, more long distance film watching, more decorating – Wilma is ready for summer.
I want snow – says Wilma. It’s not fair, Dad has snow and all we’ve got is miserable weather. Wilma would be very happy to swap.
Wilma is marking the arrival of the tree – now it just needs to be decorated, but the important thing is that it’s here.

Wilma has been caught sharing a bed with Aristotle. She doesn’t think it would be good for her reputation if it were to get out.
Aunty Megan has crossed the rainbow bridge. Wilma tells the story of how she came to be so important to Mum.
Learning languages is never easy. Despite what Dad thinks, English is just as confusing as any other language, or so Wilma thinks.
Wilma is disappointed that Mum has said ‘not today’ for her visit to see them. Now she has to be patient for another two days.
Wilma is pleased to say we have a much improved Aristotle. She also thinks Mum might be overdoing the marmalade.
