Finding her voice – Wednesday 18th August 2021
Now that Shadow has been with Mum a week, she is finding her voice again. It can come as a bit of a surprise when you aren’t expecting it.

Parcel for the dog – Tuesday 17th August 2021
Wilma is expecting a parcel for the dog – addressed to her and Aristotle in the kennels. Not many dogs get their own post, so she’s excited.
Sharing with Ari – Thursday 12th August 2021
Wilma is not faced with sharing with Ari. She doesn’t really mind. At least he doesn’t fart as much as Shadow, so she supposes he has good points.
Good and bad – Wednesday 11th August 2021
Wilma has good and bad news – the good news is that today they will see Mum and she’s really trying to focus on that as it will keep her going.
Life as a pup – Tuesday 10th August 2021
Shadow has been remembering her life as a pup. She may have a slightly distorted view of things, but Wilma is at least trying to humour her.
Feeling jealous – Monday 9th August 2021
Wilma is feeling jealous – she knows she shouldn’t, but she just can’t stop herself. She wants to be the one to go home with Mum on Wednesday – not Shadow.
Next Month – Saturday 7th August 2021
It has occurred to Wilma that she moves into her new house next month – that is something to get excited about. Now she needs to decide what colour she wants it to be.
So very hot – Thursday 5th August 2021
Yesterday was so hot – too hot. Black fur coats and midday sunshine are not a good combination. However, it was a really good day.
Not Today – Monday 2nd August 2021
Wilma is disappointed that Mum has said ‘not today’ for her visit to see them. Now she has to be patient for another two days.

Being best friends forever is something Wilma celebrates every day. She doesn’t need International Friendship Day to make the most of her friendship with Mum
