Dogs are like children – Thursday 11th March 2021
Wilma wants to explain to you how it is that dogs are like children – she’s not talking about humans using dogs as child substitutes, but their behaviour.

Wilma is asking ‘Who is she kidding? as Mum expects her to sleep in her own bed at night. Has Mum learnt nothing about what an Entlebucher likes most?
Wilma is counting down again – she’s excited, but not as excited as Shadow. No one can get as excited as Shadow!
Wilma is wishing it was Crufts – she’s missing the chance to meet her public and sniff all her friends (both human and canine). She is fed up with staying at home.
Wilma is fed up that she is under supervision – what on earth makes Mum think that she can’t be trusted left to her own devices in the garden?
In her canine enrichment series Wilma wants to tell you about backpacks for dogs – there are a few things to think about, but overall definitely worth it.
Wilma has a puppy behaviour flashback for you. She has been looking back at what the others got up to on this day in the year – when they were young.
Wilma asks ‘how did she do it?’ -She’s taking about Shadow and her treat dispenser. She could call today ‘when canine enrichment goes wrong’.
Wilma has been counting up just how many Zoom calls she has done on behalf of the breed in the last year. She’s surprised by the total.
With Shadow, you can tell by the bark that she’s on the mend. That dog can bark! I thought I was bad, but I’m just a novice compared to Shadow.
