Happy Birthday A Litter
A very happy birthday to Shadow’s A litter. They are nine years old today. It’s all a bit of a mixed day really. We are trying to celebrate with Aristotle. However, he, Shadow and Mum are all a bit sad thinking about his brother Arnie who he lost recently and his sister Addie who, unless there is a miracle, we will lost next week. Amongst all the sadness, we do want to wish Addie, Aristotle, Rafa, Sogeli, Amigo and Dora a very happy ninth birthday. We hope they have a lovely day and are all spoiled rotten by their owners.
Who is Mum going to spoil?
Ari plans to be putting his paws up for the day. He wants to be waited on paw and paw. He has asked for some cheesecake for his birthday tea and Mum has told him he can think again.
Shadow thinks as she was the one giving birth that the day should be all about her. That was the point that Mum chipped in and pointed out she had her hand bandaged. She was trying to help one handed. Thank goodness for our friend Avril who calmly helped all of them.
Paddling Pool
Mum has packed our paddling pool away for the winter. I said that I might have wanted to use it next week. Mum pointed out that I hadn’t actually wanted to use it yet, so it was unlikely. A girl likes to have options. She says I can still play with my boomer ball in the garden, but in all honesty, I’ve not really taken to that either. I just don’t get why I’d want to run round after a large blue ball when I can chase a pigeon. I didn’t actually say that last bit to Mum as she seems quite happy to share the garden with the pigeons.
