Sooo Excited
I am sooo excited. We’re packed and ready to go for the day. I’m planning to spend all day asking ‘Are we nearly there yet?’ Shadow has said she’s going to get very annoyed if I do that, particularly as the journey is about 160 miles. There is a boring bit that we won’t be part of as it’s our Club’s annual meeting too. Mum has to say something because she’s chairman of the club but I don’t think we’re expected to listen. We are just focussed on seeing the other dogs, running round and playing the games. I’ve got better at catching since last time so I’m hoping I might do a bit better. I don’t think I’ve ever won a prize at a fun day before so I’m going to try really hard. I really hope Mum takes lots of photos to show you.
Alfie
Alfie wasn’t so good when he came home for the night from kennels to see Dad. He’s struggling quite a lot now and his back legs were a problem. He relaxed a bit while he was home but then went to sleep so deeply that Mum had some difficulty waking him up. It made her very sad. Thankfully he was a lot better in the morning when he had to go back to kennels. He’s there because we’re going to be out all day and he can’t really come. I hope he’ll be ok until he can come home again tomorrow morning.
Waving Dad Off
On our way back from Fun Day we have to take Dad to the airport to wave him off back to Switzerland. Actually he’s going to Belgium which has really confused us, but that’s because he has to visit some places for work. He’s said he is on his way back to Switzerland he’s just going to long way round.
