Thank you for your good wishes, Aristotle says he is feeling somewhat better. His legs are still hurting a little, but not as much as they were and certainly not enough to put him off having a walk.
I don’t think our Mistress should have had her hair coloured red again. It’s really not good for her. She was in a foul mood with us yesterday and I can only think it’s her hair colour to blame. The scratches down her neck that Wilma left and the fact that I wouldn’t stop barking couldn’t have had anything to do with it at all. She says she is struggling to adjust her temperature at the moment the way the weather is changing and that she hadn’t slept well and I have to say when I suggested it might be her age that didn’t go down well either.
We all sat and watched a film together on Sunday night. When I say watched, most of us were intent on the film, Aristotle in particular because there were dogs in it. Shadow on the other paw, found herself some cushions and a blanket as a pillow and made herself comfortable for a good sleep. I’m sure the fact that her kennel name has the word ‘Princess’ in it has given her expectations.
Today is odd being a Tuesday but not going swimming. Ari is going this week and I’m going for a walk this evening if all goes to plan. I’m finding it’s more inviting to go for a walk if one of the others goes too, so we go when our Master is around as well, which is much easier on these light nights. I think I’m going with Shadow again this evening. I prefer going with Wilma but our Master likes taking Shadow with us as she’s his dog.
