Skyping with Wilma

It’s Alfie here rather than Aristotle. I was excited and wanted to tell you that I was part of a Skype call meeting Wilma our new puppy. Ari had already met her the other day, but my Master and I hadn’t. Shadow still hasn’t, but she’s a bit busy right now. She’s lovely. I can’t wait to go to Switzerland with our Mistress to bring her home. I’m hoping she and I can become really good friends, although I fear she’ll prefer Ari’s company to mine and can see them getting up to all sorts of mischief.

They are starting to adopt that typical Entlebucher sleeping position! Ah how I remember it well. I don’t tend to do it now, basically with my old bones it’s not that comfortable but Ari still sprawls like that when there is enough space to get completely comfortable. They are not appreciating when it is too warm in their room and cried for ages earlier before our Mistress worked out what the problem is. The good news is that it means we can start to drop the temperature in the house down without them complaining, which will make everyone happier and help our Mistress to sleep. I guess it is because they are so much bigger than previous litters but they are much further forward on their heat regulation than the others have been, even if they aren’t walking so much yet.
