I’m going to see my sister next Saturday, one of them anyway. Mum (Shadow ) says she hopes her season doesn’t start yet so she can see some of her other children too. We’ve got our big breeding test next Saturday and then afterwards there is a fun time for the rest of us to play. I shall see some of my half brothers and sisters too and that’s exciting, but the one I’m really excited about is seeing my full sister Adie (Adrienne). I haven’t seen her for ages and it will be wonderful to catch up. My little brother Basil (Beethoven) and my even smaller brother Otis (Casanova) and sister Cinderella are going through their final tests for breeding. I really hope they do well. Alfie is not so sure that he is going to the Fun Day as he finds it all a bit stressful, particularly if he cannot be with our Mistress the whole time. He says he’ll think about it. I’m guessing I know what he’ll decide.
I’ve been very brave through all the thunder and lightning. I would have liked to go and get into bed with our Mistress and I think Alfie did, but I’m not in their bedroom so it would have been a lot of hassle. I can see the lightning through the skylight in my room and sometimes it makes me jump a bit, but I’m not really scared. Alfie admitted that he isn’t scared either but he knows he can get away with getting into bed if he pretends to be! I think if we’re being honest, our Mistress actually appreciates having him to cuddle when it’s like that as she is not very keen on that sort of weather. I just hope it doesn’t keep doing it as I’d rather get a good night’s sleep.

I haven’t been back to North Yorkshire since Kathryn picked me up to go home with her. I am really looking forward to seeing you too and at least on this trip it’s not just me, Sasha is coming along too.
