Aristotle was feeling a lot better yesterday and but for the fact he is disorientated by staying in lots of hotels he is bouncing around as normal. He went to see Megan after she came back from an appointment at the specialist and they were very pleased to see each other. Her appointment went well and if things go to plan it looks as though she will mate later on next week. After that he was taken to a lovely park for a walk and met a 13 year old Entlebucher who he got talking to. It turned out that she was from the same breeder as Megan so everyone knew everyone and it was lovely meeting. As if that wasn’t enough excitement he met another boy Entlebucher while he was out for a walk, but the boy was on his own outside his house and wasn’t very chatty. You don’t go out in England and bump into other Entlebuchers all the time.
The best bit of his day was going to see his dad, Rino. There was just one small problem. My Mistress was wearing the same clothes she had on when cuddling Megan earlier. Megan is in season. Megan smells good to a stud dog. My Mistress smelt of Megan… Rino was totally obsessed with my Mistress for the whole of the visit and couldn’t tear himself away to ask too many questions of his son. If nothing else it augers well for when Megan does go to see him in a few days’ time! My Mistress did come through the experience unscathed but has decided to wear a completely clean set of clothes tomorrow when she goes to meet the other dogs they are going to see. It could be quite worrying for her to find herself surrounded by a lot of interested stud dogs!
