How did today arrive so fast? My Mistress took the feeder up to the puppies and said very sadly that it was their last meal together. It would be breakfast for six, lunch for five and tea for four. They seem to be making the most of their last time together with a six way game of tug with a rope ball. Even Cuddles is joining in, although they don’t often end up going the way she is pulling and she keeps losing hold of her end.
They did a lot of eating yesterday… so today they are doing a lot of pooing! The problem when they are playing rather than sleeping is that there is no chance of clearing the pen out without moving them all. It can get to the point where my Mistress feels she has spent all day moving puppies back and forth to the little pen, just so she can remove the poo.
I will save my main update for later, when I will be able to tell you about the departure of the first two. I thought as I brought you an up to date photo of Cracker last night that I would bring you one of Cinderella this morning as she gets ready to leave today too.
