The puppies have been forgiven for getting up in the night as they all have good weight gains. Between them they now weigh 20.5kg and everyone is well and happy. They are still having the probiotics, except Casanova and Cracker who we knew were ok anyway. Chekov added 160g and now ways 3770g.Cinderella added 150g and now weighs 3690g. Cracker added 150g and now weighs 3570g. It does seem to be a game of two halves still – the big ones are gaining more quickly that the small ones, but all did ok. Casanova added 90g to reach 3350g. Cosette added 100g to reach 3260g. Finally Cuddles added 100g to reach 2870g.
Today’s video shows them at their feeding station and how a meal is broken down between eating and pouncing on both the toys and their brothers and sisters. The video would have been clearer if my Mistress had put the feeder nearer the camera and I’ve asked if she will do that for me for another video. Even though there are six bowls they are so worried that the others may have something that they don’t – they all crowd round one or two on the bowls to make sure. At the end of the video I went up to the pen to see if they were ok and I think they mistook me for Shadow as they all got excited and ran to me.
