Yesterday my Mistress took Megan for a lovely long walk, but I think that was to make up for having been to the vets. She went for her wormer so that she could come back to England but they took her temperature too so she had a thermometer inserted into her bottom, which I can tell you from personal experience is not a pleasant thing to have done to you. Why can’t they take our temperature inside our ears as they do with children? Anyway, her temperature was fine and she said she thought she might just have been having a hot flush. All I can say is that she had better be pregnant as she is certainly behaving as though she is!
I suppose that I should have brought you the exciting news first. As of yesterday the number of Entlebuchers in the UK went up from 35 to 40 as Queenie brought 5 new little puppies into the world. She had three girls and two boys. I don’t know what their names are yet, but I’d just like to say welcome to the world little fellas. We’re all ready to welcome you to our merry growing band and I know you are going to make five more families very happy Entlebucher owners.
James is looking forward to coming home. He is fed up of my Mistress’s snoring. He’s having to share a room with her and says after several days he is feeling very tired. Fortunately I snore just as much as my Mistress does so we don’t mind each other. I wonder how my Master puts up with us. We should enter dog most like it’s owner and both go to sleep to demonstrate our similarity.
