Shadow’s temperature has dropped yet further. It is now 36.6C. There are no other signs that proceedings are imminent and my Mistress is already so tired that she thinks Shadow will need to prod her in the night if things start to happen. It could be another sleepless night as far as I can guess. I can’t imagine for a moment that my Mistress could sleep through any of it.
