You’re all wondering, I can see that. Shadow is doing everything in her power to keep you guessing. She is struggling to get comfortable and keeps moving from one position to another. She has asked if I will stay near her. She seems to be getting some comfort from my company and fortunately as the antibiotics seem to have been working well and I am at least passably healthy, my Mistress is sitting with us both. Megan is fed up that she is being kept in the other room but I think Shadow’s words were something like “Will someone keep that hyperactive, crazy puppy away from me.”
In fairness to Megan, I watched her run across the garden this morning and thought how beautifully fit and athletic she is looking. Her mother would be proud of her. While we are waiting I have been editing my woodland stories ready for publication and reading bits out to Shadow to keep her amused. I was telling her about all the wonderful times we used to have in the woodland behind our house. I think we should all go there sometime so that I can show both Shadow and Megan.
