The puppies had a great old time playing in the garden yesterday. The fact that they were down to three did nothing to dim their enthusiasm and Dickens was more than happy to try peeing on grass. When they are indoors they are definitely realising there are some missing and they are crying more than they did before. However, they are getting lots more cuddles and keeping the pen a bit more organised. They have decided to break the pen down into 4 zones. There’s the poo zone which is in the corner largely out of view of the camera. There’s the pee zone which is the next corner up from the poo zone. There’s the rest zone which they are now keeping clean and dry and there is the play zone in the middle that they are also keeping clean and which my Mistress is no longer bothering to cover with paper. Technically speaking there’s also the water zone by the door, in the hope they don’t knock it over again.
I tried helping my Mistress ice the cake. To be fair Ari and I were either side of her waiting for ingredients to fall our way. Sadly we were disappointed and had to resort to licking the cupboard doors to check for any old spillages we might have missed. In addition to that there are beds and mattresses being moved into place ready for next weekend. It’s a major exercise. The problem with my Mistress is that she’s always up for a challenge. Things are being planned with military precision – but you just know that something will happen to create havoc! Which reminds me I must edit the Tesco order to add some more dog biscuits, we’ve run out of my favourites.
