We were not in yesterday’s York Press so we need to go and buy today’s. However we were on regional television and there is a possibility of us doing another tv slot. When I say ‘we’ I haven’t actually been asked to go on yet, but it’s only a matter of time. The only thing with the tv was that one of the presenters really couldn’t pronounce our name. It was an interesting variation that I had never heard before. Everyone wants to know whether Shadow is going to need an agent now that she’s so famous.
The puppies have asked for the temperature to be turned down slightly, much to my Mistress’s relief. She has dropped it down a degree to see what they think and has told them that if they are still too warm she will drop it another degree tomorrow. My Mistress wants to start reducing the lighting a little as well as it seems awfully bright, but is part of regulating the temperature.
Shadow has felt ready to come out and leave the puppies for a little longer now and is a little more relaxed. Not so relaxed that I wanted to be too close to her, but relaxed enough to beg for scraps at the tea table.
We were looking back at Ari’s litter at the same stage last year and it is amazing how much further developed these ones are. It’s an interesting learning process for us all.
