Monday update and video

I’m afraid for the sake of poo containment and clearing up, the puppies didn’t get to play in their pen. One or two of them argues about it, but to be fair they didn’t have a leg to stand on. At least with them in their whelping box my Mistress was able to watch for poo and clean up on a regular (constant) basis. The washing machine has been on all day. The dear little puppies, still intent on weight gain have been shovelling it in faster than it could come out the other end and we have at last got our first 2kg puppy – Amigo hit 2000 grams today. Everyone did well. The total difference from first to last is 280g, with darling Aristotle at 1720g. I so want to keep him.

I have taken a video for you and tried to pick a time the puppies were a) awake and b) not pooing! You can see how much they have grown here. It is quite a funny video as one tries to play as the others eat – ending up with him falling over.
