Sheep – Monday 28th May 2018

Sheep

It turns out those goats are sheet. They look so different to the ones back home. I don’t think it’s just because they’ve been shorn, but these alpine sheep seem to have thinner faces and look like goats. It was my Mama who put me right. She said alpine sheep can be white or black. That was just before my sister Valeria got overexcited and walked into the electric fence.

Incredible views

We went for a walk from our house up the road and then in a circuit that brought us back again. Only about five minutes from our house as you go over the top of our little hill, the views down to the lake are lovely. Mum and I just love being here. It was great to show Mama and Valeria round our house. They seemed to like it. Mama had a nice time being stroked by Dad and Valeria went to Mum. I didn’t mind at all and was just pleased to share it all with them.

We went for a different walk in the evening to see a monument and look at another view. To be honest, I wasn’t so interested in the monument but I did enjoy the walk.

Still building furniture

Me and Dad

Part of the day did go into building furniture. We got quite a bit done and Mum now has a desk which made her very happy. I’ve decided I really like it out on the patio outside the office and have asked if I can have something comfortable to lie on out there. Mum sat there having breakfast in the morning which she really enjoyed too.

Today we’re going for a walk at our new favourite place before Mum starts work and before it gets busy up there. I think we have to finish some more furniture too. I don’t know what we’re doing this evening. We’re going to meet Dad somewhere that we can sit outside as long as the weather is nice. I really do like life here.
