Day One in the Big Brother House
Well it’s day one but of course I don’t get to vote anyone out and there is no big comfy chair to sit in so I can gossip about the other dogs. Ari says if he got the chance then he’d vote me out, but I think he was only joking. Shadow says she sees herself more as ‘I’m a celebrity, get me out of here,’ but I don’t know who she’s trying to kid. I’ll be honest with you, I’ve never watched any of the reality shows so they may not be like this at all. I can only go by what I’ve heard. When she barks at five in the morning I’d probably vote Shadow out, but Mum says I mustn’t be so mean. Shadow can’t help being old.
A tear of two
Mum shed a tear or two when she dropped us off and told us to be good dogs. I’ll be honest, both Ari and I love coming to kennels and we ran in without a backward glance. It’s always great fun and, whilst there might be no settee to lie on and I do miss Mum, there are so many dogs to play with that it makes up for all that. It was a bit hot for too much playing yesterday. Shadow said she was just focussed on trying to keep cool.
Worn out
When I spoke to Mum last night she’d rather worn herself out with packing. She lost count of the number of loads of washing she did. Apparently that was all our fault. She said as things were going into storage she’d rather our beds were clean and didn’t smell too bad when they were boxed up. How could she say that? My bed smelt lovely as far as I was concerned. I’m sure I’ll get it back to normal once it’s redelivered.
