Special Offer

Here is a very special offer for you. For just $3.99 in the US and £2.99 in the UK you can buy a photograph of my aunty Megan and get a whole book free to go with it. My picture is on the back cover and lots of my friends and family are on the inside pages. It really doesn’t matter if you haven’t got one of our lovely breed, you will still enjoy reading about us all. Mum tells lots of stories, like the time Shadow’s chip failed when they were out of the county and they couldn’t come home. Most people who read it say they need a tissue handy for some of it. You’ve been warned. It’s also got useful information on looking after us and understanding us, even if you’ve got another breed. You can find it HERE

Shadow does not like The BBC World Service

When Shadow went to bed on Monday night she said she promised to be good if only Mum would agree not to subject her to any more of the BBC World Service. The deal was struck. Shadow did get Mum up at 5.30 wanting to go out, but she was then a good dog and went back to bed again so we got back to sleep.

Feeling Better

We can only think that Shadow is at least feeling a little better than she was. Despite having a very comfortable Orvis bed at ground level that she would be perfectly snuggly in, she had pulled herself up onto the settee and was happy reclining when we came down. Mum says it’s probably a good sign but too early to say.

Keeping us occupied

Mum has also found a new way to get me to behave a little longer on our video calls. She smeared yoghurt inside the end of my favourite antler. I had to work at it to get it all out. I fell for the trick. Mind you, Ari did too so I don’t feel quite so bad about being duped.

Love

Wilma
