There are certain aspects of getting older that seem to come to us all at some point. I\u2019m starting to find I need to get up to go to the toilet. To be fair it was 5.45am and that is nearly morning, but my Mistress wasn\u2019t so pleased. Since the clock has changed my bladder just hasn\u2019t adapted. Most mornings I\u2019ve managed to wait until about 6.15 and our Mistress doesn\u2019t grumble quite so much about that. We\u2019ve talked about it and I\u2019ve said if I could possibly go out a little later at night it might help and we\u2019re going to give it a go. Otherwise we\u2019re going to need to work out what works best for us. I suggested maybe that my Mistress could take me out when she gets up to go to the bathroom in the night, but she says if she had to go out in the cold at that time she\u2019d have a job going back to sleep. She said perhaps I should drink less before bed. I pointed out that it wouldn\u2019t be a problem if she\u2019d provide us with an inside toilet. She didn\u2019t really have an answer to that one. I\u2019ve got a wart on my nose I\u2019m not really happy about either. I know I shouldn\u2019t worry about my appearance, but it\u2019s spoiling my good looks and I don\u2019t like it. At least as a dog you don\u2019t have to worry about either losing your hair or finding hair growing in places it didn\u2019t used to and you\u2019d rather it didn\u2019t now! I\u2019ve always had hair ears and they are just fine, and my nose has never been hairy and isn\u2019t going to be! My coat is as glossy as it ever was and just as thick \u2013 I think my Master may be jealous of that.<\/p>\n
