I\u2019m still waiting for my test results and now I\u2019ve got a problem with my eye. I don\u2019t want to say anything, but the rate it\u2019s going I may have to. I think I got something in it when I was walking on Sunday, but try as I might I can\u2019t get it to stop hurting. It\u2019s just sore. I\u2019ve tried looking in the mirror and I can\u2019t see anything, but there is definitely something irritating it. Maybe this is what getting older feels like, lots of bits of you not quite right, but very little you can put your paw on. It meant I was in two minds about going for a walk yesterday and in the end opted again. It was windy out and I thought that might make it feel worse.<\/p>\n
Ari is going through an annoying phase of raiding the bathroom bins. He\u2019s been eating our Mistress\u2019s tissues too which is not a habit she wants to encourage. It\u2019s funny, when you go upstairs and find a cotton bud half way up. Not funny in a good way! It\u2019s only stuff our Mistress has used that he takes. He sorts through it and leaves the stuff from anyone else. I think he\u2019s weird!<\/p>\n
The weather was very autumnal yesterday. It didn\u2019t get light enough to turn the office light off until about 2pm and then it had to be turned back on about 4.30. My Mistress says it\u2019s times like this she\u2019s glad she doesn\u2019t live in Scandinavia. She can\u2019t imagine what it would be like to have days that never get light at all. I think it\u2019s darker in the office because the leaves seem to be steadfastly staying on the trees this year. Some are starting to fall, but they do seem to be hanging in there.<\/p>\n
