It\u2019s been a long break, but I\u2019m now on my way home, via my other grandparents. I\u2019m really looking forward to being able to wander around the garden and not be on a lead most of the time. I\u2019m looking forward to seeing my big comfortable bed too. Holidays are nice but going home is definitely good at the end of travelling. I shan\u2019t see Shadow and Aristotle until tomorrow so I have chance to make the most of home before they come and join us. It\u2019s going to be odd having to be around them again. I\u2019ve enjoyed being my Mistress\u2019s sole companion and being close to her all the time. Going back to being bottom of the pack is not going to be easy. Perhaps the others will go easy on me for a while.<\/p>\n
I didn\u2019t get to go for the lunch yesterday as it turned out that I wasn\u2019t allowed in the restaurant part of the pub. I had to sit outside and wait. My Mistress said she missed me being there, but that\u2019s little consolation when I missed out on roast beef.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s back to work of course for me now too. I\u2019ve got a deadline to meet and that\u2019s going to eat into prime nap time. I think my Mistress says she\u2019s got a very busy week this week and we\u2019ve got people coming to visit us on Thursday to see what a group of Entlebuchers is like. It\u2019s probably not the best week when Ari has missed our Mistress while we were away \u2013 he tends to be rather over excited for a few days when she comes back and very clingy. I think she may try taking him for a long walk first to quieten him down.<\/p>\n
