I am still on the theme of wildlife as it seems to be all around us at the moment. There was a slug\u2026 on the upstairs window! How did it get all the way up there? It was crawling across the window leaving a slime trail behind. Who exactly does it think is going to clean up after it at that height? It\u2019s definitely going to have to be the window cleaner when he comes because it definitely is not going to be me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yesterday was my granny\u2019s birthday meal, but I was not invited. I\u2019m not bitter, but it would have been nice to have been asked. It\u2019s sad how many places dogs can\u2019t go to. Cinders was telling us about a lovely hotel that she stayed in recently where they actually provide beds for the dogs and a tray of treats on arrival, a dog bowl and blankets to go on the settee so you can sit there too. They even have a special dog pamper shed. It\u2019s called the Deer Park Country Hotel<\/a> and we are all asking to go to stay now. I think Shadow might get the chance as I know our Mistress wants to take her down to see her children in Devon. It\u2019s a chance for my Mistress to see her friends down there too from when she lived there, which is a while ago now. I\u2019m guessing it\u2019s unlikely that I will go as well, which is a shame. I don\u2019t think Ari is old enough to stay home alone. Actually to be fair I don\u2019t think Ari will ever be old enough to be left unsupervised!<\/p>\n\n\n\n I keep being asked when my manifesto will be published. It really doesn\u2019t do to rush these things. It\u2019s badly thought out legislation that causes so many problems. It needs to be mulled over and slept on and I really can do a lot of sleeping when the mood takes me.
