Yesterday was very exciting for my Mistress. While my Master went on a tour of Lincoln Cathedral roof, my Mistress slipped away from what she was supposed to be doing to visit a bookshop round the corner from the Cathedral which stocks some of her books. It is really nice as an author to see your books on the shelves, or so she tells me. I\u2019ve not been allowed in any bookshops yet! Of course, she also says it\u2019s nice when people buy the books rather than just leave them on the shelf, but they have to be on the shelf in the first place.<\/p>\n

Then she discovered why Steep Hill is called that and was very tired by the time she got back to the top. It would have been ok if my Master hadn\u2019t then wanted a pasty, which involved her walking all the way down the hill and back again.  What is funny is because she is using a step counter to help her get fit rather than being fed up at having to do so much walking, she was excited as it may mean she makes 50 flights of stairs in one day! So far 49 has been her highest.<\/p>\n

\"IMG_1335\"<\/a>I\u2019m loathed to bring you this photo as it really doesn\u2019t seem fair. I\u2019m stuck here and D\u2019Artagnan is out in MY car! He said he\u2019s had great fun seeing lots of other little cars like mine and driving round the lanes of Lincolnshire. He enjoyed having the wind in his ears when the roof was down too. If I said I wasn\u2019t jealous I would not be telling the truth. It\u2019s my car and I should be in it, even if I am too big for the seat.<\/p>\n
