I\u2019m sorry but there are no photos yet of Shadow meeting up with her puppies, not because my Mistress isn\u2019t home, but because she had to head straight to the emergency doctor at the hospital when she got here. A large painful lump has suddenly appeared on her remaining (but non-working) thyroid gland. As I am writing this I am waiting for her to come home or at the least ring us to say what is happening. She was a little worried about it. It appeared yesterday and she found it when she arrived at our grandparents for lunch.<\/p>\n

The rest or the trip had gone very well and they all had a great time with the exception of the bits I told you about. I think I did forget to mention the clock that seemed to be part of a horror story too. It got to 4pm and my Mistress was still in the B&B owner\u2019s kitchen trying to talk to the booking company. The kitchen clock did not just move the one minute to the hour point, but went round the clock twelve times before coming to rest. It was all very odd. I was sorry I wasn\u2019t there. Ari and Shadow had a great time finding the compost \"IMG_1318\"<\/a>heap at our grandparents and generally getting under everyone\u2019s feet.  Grandpa liked his Father\u2019s Day present which I can now bring you the picture of. Little Donatello has his own bed. Little Donatello is of course one of the Ikea Entlebucher puppies and given that Grandpa would love to live with one of us he now has his very own.<\/p>\n

I was expecting a happy homecoming instead of which I\u2019m here twiddling my paws waiting to hear how things are going.<\/p>\n
