Why, you might ask, am I wishing you a Happy Christmas? Well yesterday we received a Christmas card from Basil, one of Shadow\u2019s children. His human and helped him make some biscuits as a Christmas present for his Mum. The only problem was that he didn\u2019t put enough postage on the envelope and his human said it really wasn\u2019t worth paying the extra so despite us begging her to go, so we could have the biscuits, she didn\u2019t go to collect them. Well yesterday they were delivered anyway with a biro note saying \u2018paid\u2019. Now I\u2019m not sure who exactly paid as it wasn\u2019t any of us so I\u2019m guessing in the end the Post Office took pity on us and decided 5 months was a long enough punishment for not realising it should have been treated as a large letter. Anyway, Basil, do you think the biscuits will still be safe to eat?<\/p>\n
Aristotle managed to leave his towel at swimming on Friday. That was all right until I saw the email my Mistress sent them saying she could pick it up when she takes me swimming on Monday. What does she mean take me swimming? I thought I\u2019d got out of that for a while as Aristotle\u2019s need was greater. I didn\u2019t expect her to go booking an extra session so she could take me as well.<\/p>\n
None of us has gone to the seminar. We are looking forward to hearing how it goes, but on balance my Mistress thought it would be best if she didn\u2019t have us to worry about. Ah well, we\u2019ll all be pleased to see her when she comes home tonight. I just hope after a long day she won\u2019t mind too much being pounced on when she comes through the door.<\/p>\n
