It is far better for them to have milk from Shadow than it is to be given a substitute, as much as anything for the immunity and antibodies it passes on. However, there hasn\u2019t really been a day when Shadow has had nearly enough milk. My Mistress tried yesterday to supplement only those puppies who said they were still hungry. For the most part that worked. Cinderella always said she was hungry but Cassanova said he was fine. The weights this morning paint a slightly different picture. Chekov is back on track, he gained 120g and is now 1460g. Casanova on the other paw only gained 10g and is now 1410g. He is going to have special treatment today. Cracker added 60g and is now 1420g. Cinderella added 90g to reach 1390g.
