Life is fairly frantic here. My Mistress will be setting off with Shadow and Megan on Tuesday so there is a lot of organising to be done before she goes. I\u2019m in charge of taking in the Tesco delivery this afternoon and am under strict instructions to put it all away and not eat anything. Aristotle has offered to help my Mistress making her breakfast cereal for taking but I think she has declined his generous offer. There was a discussion about the places his paws had been and he just looked sheepish. Megan is packing her own things and is looking a little sad. Shadow says she needs to make herself look beautiful so doesn\u2019t have time for anything else. She\u2019s pointed out she\u2019s not so young anymore and is more worried that Falk might not like her, but my Mistress has reassured her that Falk is a little older too so she need not worry about the odd wrinkle. I resisted pointing out that she has got some very odd wrinkles!<\/p>\n
It is not too much of risk in my helping with the shopping as my Mistress has long since learnt there is little point in stocking fresh food for my Master when she goes away as he simply doesn\u2019t eat it and it all goes in the bin when she gets home. She\u2019s remembered the important things like milk for the decorator\u2019s tea. He\u2019s going to be here painting James\u2019s old bedroom. She will at least be here to go to one of the two concerts that she got tickets for, but she\u2019s had to put the others up for sale. I just hope she finds a buyer. There don\u2019t seem to be too many available so with any luck she will.<\/p>\n
