Yesterday the garden disappeared under a layer of white. It didn\u2019t snow but it hailed for so long that it looked like a winter scene and it thundered too. More to the point there was a big flash of lightning and my Mistress wasn\u2019t very happy. I always thought the humans were supposed to look after the dogs rather than the other way round!<\/p>\n
We heard from Megan and she\u2019s doing fine. She\u2019s developing quite a bond with the lady and starting to follow her everywhere as only an Entlebucher can. My Mistress was feeling quite sad when it came to their normal walking time but then it rained so she didn\u2019t feel quite so bad!<\/p>\n
We had an email from a rescue centre that thinks they have a dog which is part Entlebucher. We\u2019ve looked at the pictures and it certainly looks as though it might be one of us. It\u2019s about 2 years old and can\u2019t be more than a quarter Entlebucher as far as my Mistress is aware. It\u2019s hard to know what we can do to help. My Mistress is going to send an email out with all the details to see if anyone is interested in adopting her. She\u2019d like to go to see her but the dog is quite a way from us so it\u2019s easier said than done. She said she might try to call when she takes Shadow for her eye test next Tuesday. I said she can only go to see her if she promises not to bring her home. I know what she\u2019s like!<\/p>\n
We rang to see where the blueberry bushes have got to that we ordered. Our account has been showing them as despatched for a few days. The saga has gone like this: they were sent out last Thursday\u2026but the delivery company sent them to the wrong depot. They should have delivered them on Monday\u2026but no one knows why they didn\u2019t. They tried to deliver them yesterday\u2026but when the van got here the driver couldn\u2019t find them amongst his load. They should now be arriving later today \u2013 let\u2019s wait and see!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
