Once again my mobile phone has credit on it, until I waste it texting Chloe and have none left to speak to my master and mistress when I need to. I don’t know yet whether Chloe can come and stay too, she is still working on her owners. She managed to find some holiday brochures on a shelf and has left them open on the coffee table in the hope that they take the hint but I’m not holding out much hope. I wonder if I will be able to get out and have any adventures of my own. I may just pack a few books and keep myself occupied with those. I’m going to start with the one my master has just finished as I have never know him laugh so much.

It’s cruel having to see my master and mistress packing right in front of me. I don’t want to know they are going somewhere that they will need swimming costumes and sun cream. I wonder if they will send me a postcard this time. It would be very hypocritical to send one that said something like ‘having a lovely time, wish you were here’ as if they really wished I was there they would have gone somewhere they could take me. I’m under no illusions. I wish there was some way I could turn the tables on them. If there were somewhere I was going because I really wanted to that they couldn’t come with me, then see how they felt!

Well it is time to pack my little suitcase and go and visit my doggy friends for a while.
