<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\nThere is white stuff outside. I think most of you have probably seen it outside your windows, but it came as a complete surprise to Aristotle as he hasn\u2019t seen any snow before. I\u2019ve tried to explain it to him, but quite honestly snow is one of those things that loses something in translation. You have to experience it. To begin with he didn\u2019t like it. Usually we are expected to pee on the grass. When the snow started he stood by the back door and said \u201cGrass is green right?\u201d
\nObviously I said \u201cYes,\u201d wondering where he was going with this one.
\n\u201cIf I\u2019ve understood what you\u2019ve told me, that stuff is wet, cold and white.\u201d
\n\u201cYes,\u201d I said.
\n\u201cSo, I can only be expected to pee on the grass if I can see where the grass is, right?\u201d
\nI groaned as he shot out of the back door and peed just a yard from the door before shooting back in.
\nAt that point I sat him down and gave him a lecture about him still knowing where the grass was, even though he couldn\u2019t see it.
\n\u201cBesides which,\u201d I said, \u201cSnow is fun. Come on I\u2019ll show you.\u201d To be fair it is the only sort of wet stuff I will tolerate. So I pushed him out of the back door and chased him into the garden then showed him how to push his nose into the snow so that it comes back up with a white end. I wanted to build a snowman, but it turns out that Ari isn\u2019t quite so keen on the cold and wanted to go back indoors instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
