As I wrote the date I realised that today is a very special day. It is exactly six years since I started writing my diary. I was just ten weeks old at the time and very new to the world. You\u2019ll have to look back and see all the mischief I got up to. Or follow the link at the bottom to buy the book of the first year. I feel quite nostalgic.<\/p>\n
Aristotle has had a better week this week. His mischief has been rather more limited with the possible exception of yesterday. I would have liked to have brought you a photograph but I\u2019m afraid it has been embargoed. Aristotle decided to play in the clean washing. It was hanging on the drying rack, minding its own business at the time. Anyway, all went well until he managed to pull my Mistress\u2019s bra off the rack and it landed with the strap round his neck. He wasn\u2019t sure how to get it off and then was running madly round the kitchen dressed in my Mistress\u2019s bra. It was a very funny sight indeed. It\u2019s a shame that my Mistress didn\u2019t think it quite right to bring you a photograph of her bra. Although to be fair, Aristotle was a bit distressed that it was attached to him and was starting to panic, so I didn\u2019t actually have time to get the camera before my Mistress had rescued him and given him a cuddle. Why is it, if I do something wrong I get told off and if he does something wrong he gets a cuddle?<\/p>\n
For reference it wasn\u2019t me that ate the carrots off the side, that was Shadow. Ok, I was the one who ate the bread, the marzipan and the bird seed, so I can see how the confusion may have arisen.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s only one more week until Aristotle starts his training classes so I suppose he\u2019d better make the most of the defence of not understanding what is expected of him. It isn\u2019t going to wash for long. If he\u2019s told to stay he\u2019s going to be expected to stay. Mind you, to be fair to the lad he does seem to have picked up quite a few bits already so I don\u2019t think he\u2019ll be slow to learn.<\/p>\n
