I just love Wednesday as I get to do something really exciting by covering the diary for Alfie. I met \u2018Brian the postman\u2019 yesterday. He\u2019s fantastic and a great friend of the others so it was a pleasure to be taken to the door so I could have my first introduction. He wanted to take me home, which was lovely. It would have been quite fun to have a ride in the van, but I\u2019d need to know I was coming back again.<\/p>\n

Megan\u2019s worrying about her mum as she has broken both her back legs. It\u2019s hard to cope on two legs for a dog. I do hope she will be ok. A big hug and lick from all of us.<\/p>\n

We had great fun outside while my Mistress was trying to wash the car. Annette got completely covered in soap suds and loved it. I stayed a little more out of the way, but was delighted to be rubbed down with the towel when we came in. I think I might like to try a full bath sometime, just to see what it\u2019s like. When we play outside Annette is always the leader. She finds something to run off with and I chase after her. I\u2019m happy just running about to be honest. I don\u2019t mind if she\u2019s got the ball or as it turned out today the spare piece of turf. It\u2019s all the same to a puppy. I\u2019m not completely ready to play with Alfie. He is lovely, but he\u2019s so big and I find that a bit daunting. I\u2019m quite happy to have another week with someone my own size. Annette is only here until next Tuesday I want to make the most of her. It\u2019s going to be odd when she leaves next week and I really have to become part of the pack with the big dogs. I look up to them in every sense of the words.<\/p>\n
