Although I wanted to spend my weekend setting up launch parties, there were still the more mundane jobs to be done. The grass has grown so fast with the warm damp weather that the word \u2018verdant\u2019 seems totally inadequate. When we were cutting it, we found two giraffes and a zebra living in one corner without us being about to see they at all. The funny thing was that despite being the hottest day of the year so far, that was when my Mistress decided to start insulating the summer house. Strange behaviour, but then that\u2019s humans for you.<\/p>\n
My Mistress wanted a new wrist strap for her mobile phone. We have learnt that the correct name for that type of thing is \u2018lanyard\u2019. As usual, she wanted a purple one and it turns out that the type she wants is available on ebay for \u00a31.69 in black. She didn\u2019t want black. Then she spotted a purple one for \u00a312.99. The only problem is for that money you don\u2019t just get one, you get a hundred. Being the slightly insane person she is, she has decided she could buy all 100 and then sell 99 on ebay for \u00a31.50 and make a profit. What\u2019s the betting with everything else she is doing at the moment that the 99 sit in a box for a very long time?<\/p>\n
