Cancelled<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Oh I was a worried dog yesterday when Dad\u2019s plane was cancelled. He\u2019s due to fly home on Tuesday and has to fly to Germany first. The flight to Germany was cancelled. It makes it very hard to catch a plane from German to England if you can\u2019t get to Germany in the first place. I had to cover my eyes with my paws as Mum was looking at all the options he had with him. All the possible flights they were offering were a question of joining a waiting list and no guarantee he\u2019d get a seat. These are the times it\u2019s useful having Mum around. One of the things she\u2019s really good at is finding other possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All sorted<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By the time she\u2019d finished, Mum had found flights that would still enable him to be in the right places at the right times for work and still end up home with us in England before the end of the day. I was worried for a time, but then went and had a mad run round to run off the nervous energy. Shadow slept through the whole thing so didn\u2019t know what all the fuss was about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being clingy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ari has been being a bit clingy recently. Oh I don\u2019t mind recently but since his episode of overheating the other day he\u2019s feeling a little insecure. He\u2019s taken to cuddling up to me at every opportunity he gets when we lie down. I don\u2019t really mind, but I am finding it all a little surprising. I\u2019ve checked it\u2019s deliberate by moving. He moves too to be back touching me. We still argue half the day but that\u2019s siblings for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excited<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Talking of siblings, I forgot to tell you my news. I\u2019m going on holiday with my half-brother Salvo next year. I can\u2019t wait. It won\u2019t be just the two of us, there will be five of us I think. We\u2019re all going to Italy to where I stayed before. I know it\u2019s still a year away but I\u2019m counting down the days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
