Well it\u2019s day one but of course I don\u2019t get to vote anyone out and there is no big comfy chair to sit in so I can gossip about the other dogs. Ari says if he got the chance then he\u2019d vote me out, but I think he was only joking. Shadow says she sees herself more as \u2018I\u2019m a celebrity, get me out of here,\u2019 but I don\u2019t know who she\u2019s trying to kid. I\u2019ll be honest with you, I\u2019ve never watched any of the reality shows so they may not be like this at all. I can only go by what I\u2019ve heard. When she barks at five in the morning I\u2019d probably vote Shadow out, but Mum says I mustn\u2019t be so mean. Shadow can\u2019t help being old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mum shed a tear or two when she dropped us off and told us to be good dogs. I\u2019ll be honest, both Ari and I love coming to kennels and we ran in without a backward glance. It\u2019s always great fun and, whilst there might be no settee to lie on and I do miss Mum, there are so many dogs to play with that it makes up for all that. It was a bit hot for too much playing yesterday. Shadow said she was just focussed on trying to keep cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I spoke to Mum last night she\u2019d rather worn herself out with packing. She lost count of the number of loads of washing she did. Apparently that was all our fault. She said as things were going into storage she\u2019d rather our beds were clean and didn\u2019t smell too bad when they were boxed up. How could she say that? My bed smelt lovely as far as I was concerned. I\u2019m sure I\u2019ll get it back to normal once it\u2019s redelivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
