It\u2019s that time of year when the box of tissues comes out and I get woken by the intermittent loud sneezing from my Mistress. On the bright side, I didn\u2019t object to the couple of hours she spent curled up in bed yesterday as I fit neatly into to the half moon curve that she resembles on the bed. I had to be careful where I was lying in relation to the soggy tissues, but that was a small price to pay for a long snuggle on the duvet.<\/p>\n
Today is an altogether different sort of day entirely. Once I\u2019ve finished this I need to carry my little bag to the car so that I can go to stay at the kennels for a couple of days. If she doesn\u2019t blow herself away sneezing first, my Mistress has to go to talk at a conference. Now, I don\u2019t know about you, but if I were at a conference with a choice of sitting in a session where the speaker was sneezing all over me, or one with a speaker who wasn\u2019t sneezing, I know which I\u2019d choose. I wonder if anyone will turn up to the session she is doing. It would be an awful shame to go all the way to South Wales for no good reason.<\/p>\n
I got to choose. Did I want to stay at home on my own for quite a bit of the time and with the risk that the rest of the family would forget to open the back door for me even when they were home, or would I prefer to go to see Poppy in the kennels. Given I don\u2019t even get to sleep on the bed when my Mistress isn\u2019t there, I thought I may as well opt for the kennels.<\/p>\n
