We\u2019re not interested in those useless things your humans thought were good and you walked away from. We want a first paw opinion of the very best presents a dog can have. If we get enough replies we\u2019ll bring you a top ten of gifts every dog would like to find in his stocking for Christmas. There are no prizes for this one, just the knowledge you will be helping other dogs to have an exciting Christmas. It was one of those mornings where everything seemed to\nhappen at once and Mum ran out of time. Alfie had been up in the office with\nMum. This time he had his harness on so Mum could help him on the ramp and it\ndid mean when he came down he didn\u2019t catapult off the end, which was good.\nUnfortunately, he had a bit of a bladder control issue while he was in the\noffice, which left Mum having to clear up after him at the same time the\ndoorbell rang with a delivery and the phone rang. You know how it goes. By the\ntime she\u2019d done all that she was late leaving for swimming and simply told me I\u2019d\nhave to go another time. Well, you can imagine. There I was all ready and waiting\nand she said I couldn\u2019t go. I don\u2019t think she could possibly have realised how\nmuch I was looking forward to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Of equal concern was the news that she has bought me two\nChristmas jumpers. Not content with looking ridiculous on her own, she now expects\nme to join in. Her tally of Christmas jumpers has reached seven so she doesn\u2019t\nneed to wear the same one twice in a week. I don\u2019t know whether tacky Christmas\njumpers are common in Switzerland, but I think we\u2019re about to find out. Wish me\nluck!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mine have not arrived yet. I will of course show you\nphotographs when they do. The last one I had I outgrew long before adulthood,\nso I do hope she has bought a bigger size.
