Well apparently, it\u2019s not my turn. When our Mistress said it\nwas swimming day I naturally packed my little towel so I\u2019d be ready to go. I\u2019m\nsure I remember our Mistress saying that when Alfie stopped going swimming I\nwould be able to go more often. I know I went last week and that was the first\ntime in ages, which technically would qualify as the \u2018more often\u2019 but I was\nquite prepared for a regular outing. Unfortunately, Shadow\u2019s need is greater\nthan mine right now, which is not how I saw it at all. Her arthritis in her hip\nis playing up and she thinks swimming will help. I can\u2019t even go to watch as\nour Mistress is planning to take Alfie just for the outing as he is happy to go\nthere. I have been reassured that I can go next week as then our Mistress will\nneed to weigh me to see if I\u2019ve actually put any weight on or not. I\u2019m not sure\nif I\u2019ll be swimming or just a spectator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This clock change thing is really confusing. Our meals are all\nat the wrong times and we\u2019re getting pretty annoyed about that. Then our\nMistress only went and made me go out for an \u2018early\u2019 walk yesterday. She was\ntrying to explain that with the shorter days she has to change things around.\nOh don\u2019t ask for my opinion on the subject will you? I rather liked the late\nmorning or early afternoon slot when things have warmed up a bit. I can tell\nyou going out when it was still only one degree was a bit of a shock to the system\nand that was with the sun out. Why is it that we all go bonkers for snow but I\u2019m\nnot keen on cold weather without the snow? It doesn\u2019t really make sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the bright side, I think I\u2019m getting the lunchtime slot today\nas Shadow is swimming so it might at least be a bit warmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
