Aristotle headed down the swimming pool on his own yesterday without being asked. He\u2019d got back from swimming one length and just turned round to do the next one without a break in between. I know it doesn\u2019t sound much but it is a bit of a giveaway that he was enjoying himself. He\u2019d been to the garden centre before hand to buy the bowl he still owed his mother. He\u2019s had to save up for quite a while to replace the one he\u2019d broken, but to give him his due he did get her a nice replacement. He\u2019s given it to her this morning and she came over all tearful. I\u2019m guessing that\u2019s her hormones as much as anything. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n She and Megan are quite excited about next Tuesday. I don\u2019t\nknow what sort of mood they will be in if one comes back saying she\u2019s pregnant\nand the other one that she isn\u2019t. I think they may have to be separated if\nthat\u2019s the case so that the one who isn\u2019t doesn\u2019t get too upset. If they both\nare then it will be action stations getting everything ready. The first job\nwill be to move the freezer and before that happens we need to empty it. I\u2019ve\noffered to help eating the contents.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n For the record it turned out only Shadow was pregnant on that\noccasion. Megan couldn\u2019t have puppies, but Mum didn\u2019t know that then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Oh this was fun because I wrote it and it\u2019s about me! It\u2019s\nfrom two years ago, 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s Wilma here again. I really am a bit of a daddy\u2019s girl.\nUntil I moved in Dad loved the other dogs but there were limits. There were\ntimes he didn\u2019t want their company and places he didn\u2019t think they should be.\nThen I arrived and he\u2019s now as soppy as Mum is. I don\u2019t know whether it\u2019s\nbecause I\u2019m such a demonstrative dog and have shown I love them both equally,\nor just a knack I have, but there is nothing I can\u2019t get away with. Don\u2019t get\nme wrong, I don\u2019t abuse the situation, but I do like to snuggle him at every\nopportunity and tell him how much I love him and he seems to rather like it. I\nguess it\u2019s a bit hard on Shadow as she\u2019s supposed to be his dog, but she\u2019s\nnever been one to throw her arms round the people she loves and be quite as\nemphatic in showing her feelings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n That\u2019s all for now.
