Don\u2019t panic, don\u2019t panic. That\u2019s mainly directed at Alfie. He\nhad a bad day at swimming yesterday. Our Mistress says he was moving very well\nin the water, but out of nowhere he had another panic attack. They got him out\nand calmed him down and then he did another couple of lengths but decided he just\ncouldn\u2019t cope. They got him out and showered him and gave him a big cuddle\ninstead. He has no idea why it happens, which doesn\u2019t give us much chance of\nunderstanding either, when you come to think of it. Mostly he\u2019s ok, although\nour Mistress said he\u2019d fallen over in the kitchen before they went out too, so\nI don\u2019t think he was feeling his best. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A couple of weeks ago I think our Mistress told you she had\nbought a present for each of us. Mine is a squeaky toy squirrel. I\u2019ve put it in\nmy bed so that none of the others can get it. There is just one tiny problem.\nEvery so often when I\u2019m asleep, I change position and am woken by an almighty\nsqueak from the squirrel. Ok, so I know that he probably doesn\u2019t appreciate me\nrolling on him, but he\u2019s disturbing my sleep and it\u2019s going to have to stop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our Mistress needs to take Alfie\u2019s car for a run and it means\nthere is room for one of us as a passenger. Alfie would have liked to have\ngone, but he\u2019s really not up to it and probably couldn\u2019t get in anyway. I\u2019ve\nput my paw up as it sounds like a great wheeze. I\u2019m just hoping it\u2019s a nice day\nso that we can have the roof down and I can feel the wind in my fur. I hope we go\nsomewhere nice, but most of all I really hope there are people I can wave to as\nit\u2019s great fun \u2013 because it\u2019s left-hand drive it looks as though I\u2019m the\ndriver!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
